School Meals

Aspens Services work hard on their menus for primary aged children as their taste buds are developing.

September 2020:
In the current climate, Aspens are only able to provide a limited menu for our children who have Universal Free School Meal or Free School Meal entitlement. Please check the menu available on If you have not yet logged-on to the Parent Pay system, please speak with the School Office, who will be happy to provide you with details.

Please let us know if your child has any special dietary requirements so we can update our system and suit their needs accordingly. Aspens have provided information on allergens, for more information please click on this link.

When Aspens are able to offer meals to children in all year groups once again, the daily menu will consist of one main course, a vegetarian option or jacket potatoes with fillings. There will also be a range of hot and cold desserts or fresh fruit to choose from. A different menu will be published on Parent Pay twice yearly. Please book online using the log-in information provided when your child joined our school.

For Key Stage 2 children (Year 3, 4, 5 & 6) meals cost £2.30 per day. All payments must be made through Parent Pay.

If you have any queries about school lunches or would like your child to start, please come to the School Office where we will be happy to help.

More information can be found on the Aspens Services website or by clicking here.

Morning Break Snacks

The children are allowed to bring a snack to school for their morning break. All children in Key Stage 1 are provided with a piece of fruit/vegetable for their morning snack.
We welcome fruit or vegetables, but ask you not to allow your child to bring sweets, chocolate, crisps or gum. We welcome your support in this initiative to encourage your child to eat a healthy diet.
