Today in P.E. we practised different types of balances.

We learnt how to do a one legged balance, a star balance, an aeroplane balance, a tiptoe balance into a seated balance and how to transfer from a one legged balance into a star or aeroplane, all the while without putting our foot down!

We held each balance for a count of ten but perhaps you could try to do it for longer!

We ended with a game of popping pirates.  That was great fun, balancing equipment on our friend and then trying to hold a balance.
