Year 5 visited Carymoor Environmental Centre for a day of being Vikings.  We had excellent feedback from the staff, who said that they had been the best behaved and engaged in the activities they had had in a while.

The day included cooking bread on an open fire (Viking Style!), orienteering, barley grinding, rune necklaces and finding out what animals roamed our land all those years ago.
